Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the order number, receipt or other proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the name and payment account we have on record for the original order.

We endeavor to answer all customer enquiries within 24 hours and will email you an acknowledgement of your return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted so please do reach out to us first.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We may request photos of any damage to evaluate the issue.

Any refunds will be made at the sale value at the time of purchase. Where a partial refund is deemed appropriate this will be discussed with the customer on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

We appreciate some customers may prefer to exchange rather than refund an item. However for the sake of simplicity it’s better to process a refund and then you can purchase the new item if you wish to do so.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we’ll contact you to let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible and we’ll notify you once the payment has been made. Please keep in mind that different banks and payment processors take varying amounts of time to process transactions.
